All software licenses, login credentials, and related documentation are delivered digitally via:

Email to the registered customer ID, and/or
Secure online access to our cloud-based platform.

2. Delivery Timelines

Upon successful payment confirmation, service activation or access credentials are typically provided within 24–48 business hours.
In case of any delay due to technical or operational reasons, customers will be informed via their registered email or phone number.

3.Service Availability

Our services are accessible online through web browsers and/or mobile applications (where applicable).
Customers are responsible for maintaining necessary system requirements, internet connectivity, and valid login credentials to access the services.

4. Non-Delivery Issues
