GOODBOOKS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor or merchant, or if the shipping process has been initiated.
- Perishable items such as flowers, eatables, and similar products are not eligible for cancellation.
2. Refunds and Replacements
- A refund or replacement may be processed if the customer demonstrates that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
- In the case of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The request will be reviewed and processed only after the merchant has inspected and confirmed the issue.
- If the product received does not match the description or image shown on the website, or fails to meet your expectations, you must notify Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.
- Our Customer Service team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision based on the circumstances.

3. Warranty Products
For products covered under a manufacturer's warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty-related concerns or service requests. We will assist with contact details if needed.
