Very interestingly Customer Loyalty scored a thumping 50% in favour of, followed by Management with 33% and Leadership with 17%. 

While analysing the results of these quick polls, it seems to suggest that Leadership after all may not be as critical as Customer Loyalty. Some may disagree with this, while some may actually feel that it depends on industry to industry. 

Overall, we are clear that these factors do play an important role in the growth of an organisation or the business. It is also very evident that these three factors have so much to do with the right kind of choices / decisions that are made. In every business the decisions make or break it’s very future.
